Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed by email, including the total amount, delivery costs, and a list of ordered products.
A receipt (incl. VAT) will also be sent to your email.
Receiving an order confirmation requires providing a valid email address at checkout.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions valid at that time.
If you interrupt the ordering process and the order status remains incomplete or cancelled without payment, we consider the order cancelled and will not ship the products.
If you wish to purchase the items from an incomplete order, please place a new order.
Delivery
At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that suits you best.
Return Policy
Customers have the right to return part or all of their order.
In accordance with Finnish consumer protection law, the return period is 14 days from the date the product is received.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
If you wish to return products, please always contact us first at aspa(at)minta.fi, and we will send you up-to-date return instructions.
Returns for online store purchases are always the customer’s responsibility, and the customer covers the return shipping costs.
The full payment you made will be refunded, excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the store’s least expensive standard option, or if the product has been clearly used — in which case the reduction in value will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Customized items cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you.
Our webshop carries the legally required defect liability for sold products.

Issues During Shipping & Defective Products
If a product is lost during shipping, damaged, or the wrong product is delivered, the customer must notify us immediately at aspa(at)minta.fi.
Please note that postal delays may occur, especially during busy periods, and we unfortunately cannot affect the speed of postal services.
A trackable shipment is generally faster and more reliable than standard letter mail.
A notification regarding incorrect or defective products must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
If the package is damaged by the postal service, a complaint must be filed with the post office immediately.
Other
We reserve the right to modify our terms of delivery.
Customers must review the terms applicable at the time of ordering.
